Calling all Centre, Zone and NZ Badge Umpires!

The PNC Umpire Committee would like to invite all umpires with the following qualifications to a drop in session to discuss rule interpretations.

The following rules will be discussed:

1. Obstruction
2. Contact
3. Open Forum 

The main aspect of the class is to revisit the concept: what is an obstruction and contact. Create a better understanding of Protocols, game management, techniques PVT, hand signals and decision making.

• When: Wednesday 5th April
• Where: Papakura Netball Centre (conference room)
• Time: 6.30PM-8.00PM
